Larry Smith, Neil Innes, Gus Dudgeon and Jim Yoakum are developing this album. Larry and Neil have written new tunes and guests artists such as George Harrison and Elton John are also contributing songs and/or performances.

They hope to get a record deal in time for a Spring 1999 release.
